Questions.

Before you call

What does a project like this actually cost?Honest ranges: a serious media room usually starts around $7,500 installed; whole-home audio from about $1,500 per room; dedicated cinemas typically run $40k–150k+; whole-home Wi-Fi from $2,400. After a site survey you get a fixed-price proposal — line-itemed, no allowances, no "TBD".
How long does an install take?Because everything is bench-built and tested before it arrives, on-site time is short: a media room is typically 1–3 days, whole-home systems one to two weeks. From first call to finished system, plan on 3–6 weeks depending on equipment lead times.
My house is already built. Is it too late for hidden wiring?Almost never. Most of our work is retrofit — we fish walls, use attics and closets, and where a wire truly can't go, we design around it with wireless done properly. New construction and remodels are easier still: loop us in before drywall and we'll pre-wire for everything you might want later.
Which brands do you install? Am I locked into one?No lock-in — we're a multi-brand integrator and authorized dealers for Lutron, Savant, and RTI, plus Sonos, Sony, Sonance, Denon, Screen Innovations, Ubiquiti, Apple, and noonoo. We spec whatever genuinely fits the job; everything is sourced through authorized channels with full manufacturer warranty.
Where do you work?South Florida — Miami-Dade and Broward primarily, Palm Beach for larger projects. Based in Miami. If you're further out and the project is right, ask.
Do you do restaurants, bars, and offices?Yes — video walls, zoned audio, and show control for hospitality and venues are a core part of the business. See our restaurant case study: installed around service hours, run daily by restaurant staff.
What happens when something breaks in year three? You call us and it gets fixed — that's the point of working with an integrator instead of a box store. Every install includes its first 30 days of full support; after that, aevee care adds a guaranteed response, a guaranteed visit when a fix needs hands, and member labor rates. Most issues are resolved remotely the same day.
Can you fix a system someone else installed?Usually, yes. We'll assess what's there, document it, and give you a straight answer: what's worth keeping, what's worth fixing, and what's costing you more in frustration than a replacement would.
Can I buy gear from you without an install? For most of what's in the shop, yes — dealer-authorized, full warranty. A few lines (Lutron whole-home, Savant, RTI programming) are only sold as part of an installed system, because without proper setup they won't perform the way they should.
Do you offer financing?Yes — for commercial projects of any size, at any amount. We'll walk you through current terms during the proposal. Financing is subject to credit approval; most projects qualify. Residential projects are not currently eligible.
