Aevee LLC (“aevee”, “we”) is an AV installation and integration company based in Miami, Florida. This policy covers aevee.co, our client portal, and the information we handle while designing, installing, and servicing systems. Questions any time: hello@aevee.co.
Inquiries. When you start a project or contact us, we collect what you give us — name, email, phone, and the details of your space and project.
Client portal accounts. Portal access is invite-only. We store your email, your sign-in credentials (held by our authentication provider, never as plain text), and your activity in the portal.
Project and system records. For clients, we keep the working record of your system — rooms, equipment, network configuration, and, where you ask us to manage them for service, device credentials. These are access-restricted and visible only to the aevee team working on your project.
Billing. Proposals, invoices, and payment status. If you pay by card, payment is processed by Stripe — card numbers never touch our systems.
Website basics. Standard server logs. We do not run advertising trackers, and the only cookies we set are functional ones (like keeping you signed in to the portal).
To respond to you, design and quote your system, deliver installs and service, send invoices and project-related email, and support your system afterward. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
A small set of providers process data on our behalf, each only what their job requires: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (card payments, when enabled), and Google Workspace (business email and documents).
Inquiry and project records are kept while the relationship is active and as long as tax and legal obligations require. System documentation is kept so we can service what we installed — that's a feature, not a leak. Want something deleted? Ask, and we'll do it unless the law says otherwise.
Project data lives in access-controlled systems, sensitive fields (lockbox codes, device logins) are masked in our tools, and administrative access is limited to the aevee team. No system is perfect, but we treat your site information the way we'd want ours treated.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@aevee.co and we'll respond promptly.
Our services and site are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle client data get an email, not just a quiet edit.
